-Understanding basic foreign trade processes, willing to learn cross-border marketing, customer development, and team management from scratch;
-High stress tolerance, strong self-motivation, with risk judgment, cost accounting, and long-term business mindset;
-Balancing innovation and pragmatism, able to reconcile traditional business models of the older generation with online digital strategies;
-Proficient in using CRM, advertising, social media, and email development tools, capable of handling multiple roles.
III. MBTI Personality Profiles
Core Preferred: ENTJ, ENTP, ESTJ
-ENTJ: Strong strategic thinking, proficient in overall planning, team building, and profit management, suitable for the upgrading and transformation of family-owned enterprises;
-ENTP: Creative in customer acquisition, skilled in multi-channel testing and new model innovation, suitable for flexible SOHO entrepreneurship;
-ESTJ: Pragmatic and steady, proficient in process standardization and cost control, balancing business preservation and customer acquisition.
Secondary Fit: ENFP, ESTP
-ENFP: Proficient in customer relationship management and brand building, suitable for light-asset SOHO;
