I. Job Responsibilities
  Full-cycle talent management for foreign trade teams: recruitment, interview assessment (MBTI), onboarding training, performance implementation, and employee retention;
 - Establishing foreign trade job JD, salary commission, promotion, and assessment systems;
 - Diagnosing business teams to solve pain points such as difficulty in recruiting, high turnover, and new employees failing to generate orders;
 - Organizing special foreign trade training, implementing mentorship for new employees, and mediating employee relations;
 - Conducting talent inventory, building talent echelons for salespersons, operations, and management, and providing human resource data to support business decisions.

II. Job Requirements
 - Familiar with the competency requirements of all foreign trade positions, and understand the competency standards for sales, operations, and management positions;
 - Proficient in recruitment systems, MBTI talent assessment, and performance incentive design;
 - Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to balance employee demands and company business goals;\n- Have experience in organizing training and enabling teams;
 - Data-driven mindset, optimizing human resource solutions through turnover rate, recruitment cycle, and labor efficiency.

III. MBTI Personality Profiles
 Core Preferred: ENFJ, ESFJ, ESTJ
 - ENFJ: Talent coach, skilled in employee motivation, career planning, and team culture building;
 - ESFJ: Empathetic and stable, with obvious advantages in employee relations, new employee care, and retention management;
 - ESTJ: Proficient in establishing standardized systems, with strong capabilities in implementing salary performance and recruitment processes.
 Secondary Suitable: ENTJ, INFJ
 - Skilled in talent strategic planning, but lack in meticulous care for frontline employees.

Not Recommended: ISTP, INTP
 - Weak interpersonal empathy, difficult to handle employee emotions and team conflicts.

Note: MBTI career choices are not absolute. There is a high possibility of change in youth, and obvious changes can occur in adulthood when encountering special events or through conscious self-training. It basically stabilizes in middle and old age.
